Description

American vintage school desk, fully hand-pinstriped and painted by Californian Kustom Kulture artist Doug «DoRr» (Doug Dorr's Kool-Tools): Rat Fink, «School Rules», a big eyeball, plus «I'd rather be home watchin' the Munsters» — and inside: «The RAT rules… screw Mickey!».

The story behind it

Doug Dorr is one of the known pinstripers of the US scene (featured in the Kustom Kulture documentary «Flake & Flames»). Fully worked one-off furniture pieces like this practically never come to market.

Key facts

  • Child's school desk, wood/metal, hinged lid with compartment
  • Signature label inside: «Doug Dorr's Kool-Tools» with original lettering
  • Multi-color one-off pinstriping on all sides

Condition
