Description

With the My Freedamn! series Rin Tanaka created a genre of his own: vintage clothing photographed not on a model but laid flat, in series and with every detail — seams, labels, fastenings, wear. For collectors it is the identification literature.

What is inside

Leather jackets, sweatshirts, shirts and accessories, together with pictures of the surroundings — cars, shops, people. That very mixture confused the first survey and is in fact the format of the series.
