The «Molokai Maiden» — homage to the figurehead in the Molokai Bar of the Mai-Kai, the world's most famous tiki restaurant (Fort Lauderdale, since 1956). Designed by Crazy Al Evans for Swank Pad Productions, licensed by the Mai-Kai; ship's wheel on the side with «Molokai Bar est. 1958» and «Mai-Kai Ft. Lauderdale FLA».
