Description

A meteorite: a small, irregular metal fragment of around 2 cm, silvery and shining, its surface full of hollows and sharp edges.

What you see

The surface is pitted, as if pressed with a thumb into soft clay — with sharp ridges between. The metal is bright and reflects, darker in the recesses. For its size the fragment is strikingly heavy.

What is not documented

That it is a meteorite is what the previous owner said. No label, no find site and no type determination come with it — so no name of a fall, no classification, no certificate. Anyone who needs that must have it determined themselves. I am selling the fragment exactly as it lies here.
