About the form

With a dachshund the proportion makes the figure — the longer the back in relation to the legs, the more unmistakable the animal. Here that is carried through: the body is almost twice as long as it is high. The legs are freed individually instead of being suggested as a block, which means extra work in a casting of this size.

About the material
