Description

A removed aluminium piston with a slightly domed crown and one machined valve relief. The ring grooves are occupied, the wrist pin removed, the pin bore open in the skirt.

What it's for

As an object: bookend, pen holder, doorstop. In the kustom scene removed pistons are standard raw material for lamp bases, trophies and bar-stool details — this one already brings the right patina.

Key facts

  • Aluminium, used
  • Slightly domed crown with valve relief
  • No pin, no rod

Condition

Used as described: soot on the crown, running marks on the skirt, no cracks visible.
