Description

Three IKEA PS BOHULT shelf units from the PS collection: narrow, tall frames in solid wood, each holding nine hooked-in shelves, alternately green and white. The original label survives — article number 14483, © Inter IKEA Systems B.V. 1999, made in Lithuania.

About the series

IKEA PS is the line for which, from 1995 on, IKEA let designers make pieces of their own — small runs, clear forms, often in colour. Early pieces with the label intact are sought after today.

Condition

Good. Frames firmly jointed, shelves without warping, paint marked at the edges from use. All three stand straight.

Collection

Collection in Rickenbach ZH — two metres tall each; lift the shelves out and three flat frames remain.
