Description

A hot rod model in red: fenderless roadster, sitting low, with an exposed engine and velocity stacks, narrow wire wheels at the front and wide rollers at the back. A driver figure in a cap sits in the seat.

The build

This is the classic highboy configuration: body left on the frame, fenders off, engine exposed. That is what the first hot rods of the forties and fifties looked like, before the show rods arrived.
