five pieces, painted white · bare steel wheels without tyres · 5 studs · about 41 cm outside diameter
Item no. 070-956-000
Five white-painted 15-inch steel wheels without tyres — five, not four: the spare is included. The centre has five stud holes, five vent holes and the five riveted clips a wheel cover snaps into — a production wheel of the sort that sat under American cars before anyone mistook them for alloys.
A folding rule laid across the wheel gives an outside diameter of about 41 cm. That fits fifteen inches: the bead seat there measures 38.1 cm and the flange stands a good way above it. A fourteen-inch wheel would come to roughly 38 cm overall and be noticeably smaller.
The bolt circle has not been measured. Plenty of wheels have five holes — but the exact circle decides whether the wheel goes onto a hub. Anyone planning to fit them should measure.
Used and photographed uncleaned: white paint with chips, surface rust, knocks on the flange. Nothing buckled, stud holes not elongated, clips all present. No tyres — which has the advantage that nobody buys twenty-five-year-old rubber along with them.
