Some of the photographs in the book are mine. Anyone who contributed to the volume receives artist’s proofs instead of a regular copy — hence the two pieces and hence the numbers from the AP series. I am selling them because the loft is being cleared, not because they mean nothing to me.

With a limited edition the publisher prints, alongside the numbered copies, a small number of artist’s proofs — impressions outside the edition proper, which go to the contributors. They are numbered separately and are rarer than the regular series: here 78 artist’s proofs against 222 regular copies, total edition 300.

New. Unopened in the original film. The film has fine scratches from storage and a pressure mark at one corner; the book underneath is untouched.
